We’re excited you are considering joining us for our annual Ghana Tour and we don’t take it lightly that you're entrusting us with your journey home to the Motherland.

Every year we take an intimate group (16 - 30) so we can get to know and support each other during the more emotional parts of reconnecting with our Ancestors. During the 10 day tour, you will have 8 full days of planned activities and 2 free days to explore on your own.

The tour entails a great deal of walking. We are visiting landmarks and historic sites daily.

The tour package includes:

• 3 informational Zoom meetings prior to leaving (information about passports, visas, required vaccinations, travel insurance and more will be covered)
• Roundtrip airfare from Dulles to Accra - a direct nonstop economy class flight (roughly 9 ½ hours each way)
• Hotel accommodations
• Ground transportation with bottles of water, snacks, AC & wifi on the bus
• Swag bag with tour t-shirt
• Professional photography everyday (you will receive all pictures taken throughout the tour)
• African naming ceremony
• Entry into all excursions (including the slave dungeons and slave river)
• Breakfast and dinner daily plus 2 lunches
• Tour guides everyday
• Day of shopping
• Packing list and suggested attire

What isn't included in the tour package:

• Passport and Visa
• Travel insurance
• Flight seat upgrades
• Vaccination(s)
• Lunches not mentioned
• Transportation or activities you plan for your free days

The total cost of the tour is $4,950 double occupancy or $5,700 single occupancy per person. An invoice will be sent through Paypal for the total amount with a minimum, non-refundable payment due of $500. Once your deposit is paid, you are required to use that same invoice to make your monthly, bi-weekly or weekly payments (you choose when and how much each month).
